ORDER:
- What forms of payment do you accept?
We accept Apple Pay and the following credit cards: Visa, Mastercard, American Express.
- Can I cancel my order?
You can cancel your order within 3 hours of placing it. After that, it will have been processed, and you won’t be able to cancel. You can, however, return your items at your expense, for store credit.
- How secure is my personal information?
Monfaradi Footwear info@monfaradi.com adheres to the highest industry standards to protect your personal information when you checkout and purchase from our online store.
Your credit card information is encrypted during transmission using secure socket layer (SSL) technology, which is widely used on the internet for processing payments. Your credit card information is only used to complete the requested transaction and is not subsequently stored.

- Do you ship internationally?
Yes.
- What shipping carriers do you use?
We have TWO fulfilment warehouses, in the Netherlands & in Bahrain.
- Netherlands serves our EU, UK & Swiss clients.
We use UPS Standard service for EU countries, and PostNL for Netherlands, Germany, Switzerland and UK. Usual delivery 5-8 working days.
- Bahrain serves all our GCC clients. We use Aramex Express service. Usual delivery 3-5 working days.
- How long does it take to process my order?
99% of all orders leave our fulfilment centers usually same day, if order is placed before 2pm local time. Orders placed on weekends or during National holidays, will be sent when our warehouses re-open.
- How long does shipping take?
Our average shipping time is 5-12 business days depending on your location.
United States, Canada & Australia 10-12 business days.
European countries: 5-8 business days.
GCC Gulf countries: 3-5 business days.
However, please note, we cannot be held responsible for delays caused by individual country's Customs clearance, nor for delays caused by national & international holidays.
TAXES:
- Will there be any taxes to pay on my order?
In some cases there will be Customs & Duty charges to pay, this charge is the clients responsibility.
This does not apply to EU countries.
DELIVERY:
- How do I track my order?
All purchases will be accompanied by a tracking number.
RETURNS:
- What is your return policy?
ALL SALES ARE FINAL. If however you are not satisfied for any reason, please contact us by email on info@monfaradi.com. We will happily try to resolve any issues. Any returns will be at your expense.
- What do I do if I receive a defective product?
If there’s some sort of manufacturing defect, let us know within 7 days of receiving your item info@monfaradi.com, and (provided that your case is legit) we’ll send you a replacement.
FAQs on MONFARADI MARE - BEACH BALLERINA:
- Are they true to size?
Our beach ballerinas tend to size slightly small. For in between size or half sizing we recommend you size up, for comfort. They are designed for swimming and will loosen slightly in the water.
- What is your size range?
Officially EU 36 - 43.
However, Size 1 can be worn by foot size 35, and worn more securely with the use of the foot-band.
- What level of protection do Monfaradi Mare Beach Ballerinas provide?
They offer LIGHT protection. We ask the wearer to take precautions to avoid sharp objects in and around the water. Monfaradi (Footwear) Sàrl and Monfaradi Mare or any of our affiliates are not responsible for any injuries.
-What is the FOOT-BAND for?
Please wear the Foot-band over the Beach Ballerinas when swimming, walking in water, or for any sporting activities. This will secure the ballerinas on the foot, as they do loosen in the water. When not swimming etc. we advise to wear them on your wrist as bracelets, to not lose them. (We do provide an extra foot-band in each purchase).
- How do I clean them?
We recommend to hand-wash them by gently rubbing them with a mild soap and rinse thoroughly with lukewarm water. Shake off excess water, then towel or air dry.
- Will they become cloudy or change colour?
With use, due to sun creams, perfumes, salt water, chlorine, algae etc. Monfaradi Mare Beach Ballerinas will slightly change in transparency. If you follow aforementioned cleaning instructions, we find the transparency can be restored quite well. Regardless, when worn on foot in the water, they remain quite clear.
- Are they Vegan?
Yes, no animals products are used.
- Can I use with tanning oils and bronzing creams?
Tanning oils & bronzing creams will change the colour of your Beach Ballerinas permanently, and cannot be washed out.
- Do they leave tan lines?
NO! Our clever beach ballerinas do not leave tan lines, neither does the opaque foot-band. Designed by a woman, for other women!
FAQs on MONFARADI ROLLABLE FOOTWEAR (flip-flops & ballerinas for events):
- Is it normal that the flip-flops curl once removed from the tube packaging?
YES! We advise to counter-roll each flip-flop individually to flatten and wear. Please see our explainer unboxing video.
- Will the soles protect my feet from sharp objects?
No. Please avoid stepping on sharp objects. Monfaradi Footwear are designed ultra thin to roll and carry easily even in a small evening bag. Due to this lightweight quality of Monfaradi Footwear, they are not designed for protection from sharp objects. We recommend taking utmost care where you step.
- Sizing - Do they fit true to size?
Yes.
For the Ballerinas, we recommend to take a size S for 35-36 feet, size M for 37-38 and size L for 39-40.
Please note, the Ballerinas can be worn by sizes ranging from 35-40 feet.
If they feel a little snug, do not worry, they are made from the softest faux leather, that will stretch a little.
For the Flip-flops we recommend to take a size S for 34-36 feet, size M for 37-39 feet and size L for 40-41 feet.
Please note, the flip-flops can be worn by sizes ranging from 34-41 feet.
For the flip-flops if you have wide size 39 feet, we recommend to take the size L.
- Are Monfaradi Footwear long-lasting and durable?
Monfaradi Footwear are not intended for long-lasting. Due to their ultra thin and lightweight design, they are recommended only for temporary wear, and it is normal that after many uses, they will deteriorate a little.
- Can Monfaradi Footwear be worn in the rain?
You can wear the Ballerinas in the rain, they will provide light protection. However, we cannot guarantee water-proof protection.
- Can I wash my Monfaradi Footwear?
You can wipe clean the Flip-flops and Ballerinas with a damp cloth and some mild soap.
- How big is the tube packaging?
The tube measures 6cm diameter by 12.5cm tall.
